TheDarkPrince
Well, as far as we know they are already announcing an MMO about TES that will be made in the TES world before daggerfall events, so I guess they will make that MMO (and its fine for me) and leave the singleplayer as is. I'd love to play TES with other ppl, but I prefere the ORIGINAL TES to be single player, like arena, daggerfall, morrowind, oblivion, skyrim and all the others to come! Let's hope they keep it this way!
gloomygrim
I put it depends, cuz it really does for me. Would it be you load up the game, click add x to world and had a maximum of 5/10 people per world space so as not to be waiting in a tavern or city so folks can LFG for hours on end, and the most important part for me is would it be moddable and would the mod content be easy accessed in game? and finally if it was free, i will never pay to play a game full of morons and annoying trolls spammin every 3 seconds. Id get it to add a bit of difference if it was free, but other than a novelty i dont think it would hold up to past titles. then again does skyrim hold up to past titles? Maybe a fallout mmo would be better, although not in the style of the last ones. falllout tactics style would be the perfect mmo of its kind, as FT was probly the second best fallout title. PsxMeUP
Well, as far as we know they are already announcing an MMO about TES that will be made in the TES world before daggerfall events. That rumor has been floating around for years. The rumor probably stems from Bethesda shopping around for an MMO engine. Companies that have the rights to a franchise rarely develop the MMO in question, they just buy the base and slap on some trademarks to it. That's how it was with Star Wars Galaxies. Some company made the world and combat engine then Lucas Arts bought the game and added familiar characters and models to it. They could have just as easily used that game to make a post apocalyptic MMO, a teenie fantasy with familiars MMO, a big dudes with big swords and hot chicks with even bigger guns MMO, etc. Companies like Aeria have it down to a science. They don't make the games, they just use the same engines, change the models, make cool art (that looks nothing like the game) and pimp it to horny teens. That's probably why all MMOs look and play alike, cause they are all made by the same few Korean companies! Edited April 21, 2012 by PsxMeUP

PsxMeUP
Actually, ZENIMAX is announcing it this may. lol.I've heard the same rumors... A Fallout MMO is more likely. The fantasy MMORPG pool is a bit overcrowded.

The fantasy MMORPG pool is a bit overcrowded. Well, it could be since there are like just a few games that are MMORPG and with that kind of scenario.. Probably FO is even the only one with that scenario, lol. Rumours want it to be TES cause of ZENIMAX buying the site www.elderscrollsonline.com a few years ago.. Guess we'll see soon :P
Deleted472477User
I like MMOs, but most I've tried kind of suck. I wouldn't do a TES online game if it had a cash shop. I'd rather pay my monthly fee and have full access than get nickle and dimed to death trying to keep up with other players. I imagine though that the same issues that plague WoW will come to plague TES Online eventually. I would hope they would have a separate server for roleplayers, though if you've ever been on Moonguard server on WoW you know how scary that can be :D
thomriis
I really dont hope it will be MMO, The reason i love elder scrolls games is because of the lore and storytelling,Which really lets you immerse with the game. MMO can be fun,but often you just run around in groups fighting with the feel of not doing anything important.
kuinngu
A MMO would be fun. But I'd prefer if it was just multiplayer.
a7x5631
If it were to be an MMO I would never buy it. I play single player games like this to get away from the snot nosed kids.
