Switching Heads between male and femal

So i tried to play as a male character, but soon or later i can't stand looking at it. I tried to look for some custom heads for male, but there is noting i like. So i was wondering if i could take a female face and use it for a male character. Because at this point, anything is better than the potato faces of males. I tried GFFeditor, but if i try to change to the corresponding female head, i turn into a pile of junk. Is there any easy way to extract a head, and make it specific for a race and gender?

I can't guarantee that the heads will attach right but you can change the heads. The heads, really any part, is sorted by file name.

 

All the head mdb are located in the main install drive: C:\Program Files\Atari\Neverwinter Nights 2\Data\NWN2_Models

 

Copy the heads that you are interested into the override folder.

 

You may be able to just rename them, I generally use MDB Cloner, it can be downloaded off of the vault.

For a reference open the appareance.2da the NWN2_MODEL_HEAD will have the name. The M & F for male & female are replaced with a ? mark.
