Hello guys, first of all i'm new to skyrim, especially mods.

so i use skyrim performance monitor to see what's wrong with my game, because it stutter "macrostutter" when loading textures / new cell, when i see the result, i see that my vram usage is not fully used. Is it normal ?

Here's the pic

Your vram is ok if you are not using 2k terrain textures. Even with 2k textures my average vram usage was 2.513mbs.

Your issue my be i/o. Your i/o graph is a bit high if you are using a non performance HD. For smooth transitions use high performance HDs or SSDs.

Make sure you are using ENBoost. It can smooth things out if your hardware combo causes stutter. My GTX 970 had the most microstutter & ENB/ENBoost got rid of 90% of it.

if your only using boost then you should have UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false set to true,

recheck how you came up with your 1024 reserved memory size, mine is at 512

I have always had a little bit of stuttering, specifically in environments where my game is heavily modded with new npcs and hd textures.
