Is there a Skyrim equivalent of FOMM and FOSE/NVSE?

Hi all,

 

Basically I want to know how to get started in adding mods to Skyrim on the PC.

 

I've already got FO3 & FONV on the PC with mods on, so I've already had some experience in using tools like FOMM and FOSE/NVSE

 

I was just wondering if there were equivalents for Skyrim, since FOMM made installing downloads incredibly easy, and some mods for FO3 required FOSE be installed :)

 

So yeah, if these things exist where can I find them?
