NPC dialog character pronouns

I've been trying to do some Googling in order to find anything regarding this, but with no luck at all. I did find one thread discussing it, but with no actual results.

 

This may also be some really simple change that I can do myself in the files, but since I'm not too experienced with that, I was hoping I could get some help here.

 

 

 

I've created a character that started out female. I've basically transformed her into a male by removing most female aspects and changed her voice to male. I haven't been on this forum before, so no idea how you react to these sort of things. But I just really want my character to be perfect whether it's some macho big muscle guy with a deep voice or a girl with slutty outfit. Whatever floats my goat. :^)

 

Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can change the pronouns the NPC's refer to my character as. Also, I'm not some SJW that go crazy about these kind of things, like I said, I just really want my character to fit its design I intended for it.

 

 

So, TL;DR: Is there a mod or a simple edit to change the pronouns the NPCs will refer to my character as?

type "sexchange" hit enter

Not sure if that'll update everything but probably worth a shot.

 

Though if you've already made extensive changes to be a male character and it still gives you problems, I'd really just recommend starting a new game as a Male character and cheating/modding in all the stuff you want at the beginning.

I was thinking about re-doing my character as a male and just sexchange them through console. But would the dialogues be "correct" then you think?

Do you want them to be referred to as a male or female?

 

Start with whatever you want to be referred to as. Then add mods to change it whichever way you want.

I really don't know how the game references the gender tag and what all changes it, but if anything, the sexchange command would do it.

I want a female character to be referred to as male.

 

And sexchange did not seem to work, during the intro where you walk into Vault 111 there is a guard that names every person who enters. When the wife walks through he says "Female", when I walked through he also said "Female". And the other dialogues seemed to do the same.

 

But I was thinking about looking into making a feminin looking male character instead, just to make the rest easier.
