Using Other mods to create a mod

I'm really new to modding cause i installed Creation Kit Yesterday.

I created a new Follower with CK and i wanted to give him the perks of another mod but when i try to open Skyrim,Update,Dragonborn,Ordinator Perk Mod and my mod toghether my CK crash any tips??? Or any good and complete tutorial????

I believe you need to allow multiple master files in the CK ini file (if I recall correctly)

just google Creation Kit allow multiple masters , you should find how to allow this

and that should hopefully fix the problem , though if you still have issues please explain what they are
