lnsentience
No matter how fast my game is running, the mouse movements are always delayed in the menus (It's perfectly fine when aiming/looking around in the game). It gives a very sluggish feel to the game. I've tried lowering the settings as much as I could with no results. What is causing this?
Gary3
Hello Insentience, in some other games this issue is caused by V-Sync, I don't know if that's on by default in skyrim or where to disable it for testing, however. Best regards,Gary
Galacticat42
The sluggish mouse is a feature in Skyrim. To get rid of it, go to either Skyrim.ini or skyrimprefs.ini (I forget which one) and look for an entry with mouse acceleration in it and set it to 0. Zaflis
I have these in SkyrimPrefs.ini, but it is still a little sluggish. Helps though: [interface]fMouseCursorSpeed=1.6000 [Controls]fMouseHeadingSensitivity=0.0420bMouseAcceleration=0 (Now that i think about it, i haven't ever changed fMouseHeadingSensitivity)edit: Now did. Increasing it doesn't effect menus at all, but make crosshair in 3D move super fast. Edited April 26, 2012 by Zaflis
