chucksteel
Ether you haven't installed the mods properly and, archive invalidated or, you may be running to many mods. If you exceed the mod limit you'll start to see the missing mesh markers.
Danidude1
What is the mod limit?
chucksteel
It all depends on your rig, it's different for everyone but, I hear it is around 130-150 mods as a standard.

chucksteel
make sure you've installed the mods properly, if they come with meshes, textures they need to be extracted to your data folder too. Also, toggle Archive Invalidation with FOMM or NMM.

chucksteel
Thats your problem, Do what your doing but, don't change the folder names, the files need to be in there correct paths. For example Meshes need to be place in the "Fallout New Vegas\data\meshes\ What ever folder" textures need to be placed int the "Fallout New Vegas\data\textures\ What ever folder". Just merge the folders, many modders set up specific file paths so they don't overwrite other mod work but, read the read-me's and, you may want to look at the file if the mod you want is similar to anther mod you use. You have to always maintiain the file structure that comes with the mod or, you'll have the missing mesh issue because the game can't find what it needs because it doesn't know that you renamed the folder. hope this helps chuck

Quetzlsacatanango
That's because when you extract \data to \data, you get \data\data. Plugins only show up in the launcher if they're in \data, and you're putting all yours in \data\data.Move *everything* out of \data\data and into \data. When it asks to overwrite, say yes.
