Back to the topic, I think we need to concern the four circumstances here:

 

1. Killing to survive (ie. eating meat)

No dilema at all, I hunt regularly but not for trophies and only hunt what I want to eat.

 

2. Killing as a part of a job (ie. being a soldier. No, I am not against soldiering, it's just included here for reference).

It's part of the job description, is thats a problem then you are in the wrong line of work.

 

3. Killing because of self-defense.

Prefer retreat if possible but when it's them or you then I choose them.

 

4. Killing because you are, well, mentally unstable (that's the best way I could think of putting it, if you're offended, just give me a heads-up and I'll remove it).

Since I view myself as sane and rational this doesn't come into play at all.

Government allways use the barrel of the gun for any actions. Keep order or collect tributes,, i mean taxes. I don't trust governments to keep law, thats why the USA had a system of elected sworn in peace officers, also known as Sheriffs. The US where never suposed to have a Police Force and the secound amendment is very clear about the role of armed citizens to keep peace and law. You talk about authority of the people, but every country i see except the US where people are armed(and even there) this is just a frase.

 

Could it be that it's you who doesn't understand the power of the vote ?

Yeah, as a cross on a piece of paper would mean anything in this case. Vote has no power, the people who count votes have it. And also it has no meaning in this debate. Police still will drag you away and put you in jail if you don't pay you taxes dosn't matter you vote for. Politicians will draft you doesn't matter you vote for. And the criminal who breaks into your home doesn't care if you vote for.

The stuff you are saying just sounds brutal...

Because it is. Real World isn't flower power and lets talk about this, its a bunch of goons which never could make a fruit basket going after your live and your property. If we haddend such draconic hard punishment for lethal self defence, i'am sure i had remove some of them from the earth insteat of just choking them untill they pass out. How else could you deal with those people? I walk around the poor areas where the minorities live and see these "kids", these 16 to 19 year old boys with mustaches spitting on the street three times a minute and doing bulls***. I look them in the eyes and i see pure predators, pure scum. And once i talked to my self defence trainer, he told me a story where he visited a lower grade school and he said the same thing. Looked them in the eyes, pure scum. Realy, when i would caught one of them stabbing and stealing i would cut his head of and place it on a spike where the scene happend or on my garden fence. So the others can see i'am serios about that. What else should we do? Jail? Therapie? Wasting Money of productive people to feed this men trash? Most of them are psychophats, genetic defected psychophats and there is no cure against such an defect.

So you would decapitate someone and put their head on a spike? I live in the real world and guess what, there's no one like you or like those teenagers around here. You must live in some f*cked up place.

Toledo Ohio methinks. Yes, things like that happen in large cities. Can see the same thing pretty much in Detroit, Cleveland, Los Angeles, etc. Doesn't happen every day.... but, more often than folks would like. Especially when the media jumps on a story about a person of one race, killing someone of another race, and making sure that aspect is the most prominent feature of the article. Remember Rodney King, and the riots associated with those events? Numerous other examples throughout history.

And so, KVN, what would you say to a person like Gary Gilmore ... the guy who murdered someone and then demanded he be put to death ... and was by firing squad.

Would you force the guy to live ?

Yeah give us who know the power of the vote that choice and we'll have it in place by tomorrow.

 

A dead baby was recently found in a dustbin ... the community in question has "put a hit" out for the mother ... who has fled to another city ... girls who get pregnant and then get rid of their children because the

father is to useless to look after the kid so the mother kills the child ... not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last ... but justice will be done, she will die.

And now the question is asked is there any "virtue" in taking the lives of these murderers ?

Virtue smirtue, kill them.

 

And that KVN is what you don't respect ... my right to justice ... and so we end up street justice and bloody stains.

 

 

I'd say, stop keeping the murderers in prison, save that money and stop the illegal Mexican baloney crossing the Rio Grande :biggrin:

Remember Rodney King, and the riots associated with those events? Numerous other examples throughout history.

Yeah, i also remember whats triggered the Riots in France and London. Similar cases. But you know whats strange about those cases?

 

Rodney King was a criminal, rushing on drugs with his car around the streets and then the police caught him and he tried to attack them. So they punched his nose and Riot started.

The Riots in France where triggered by the deaths of two black teenage kids Zied Benna and Bouna Traoré, which runned away from the police and got a electric shock because they broke into a transformer station. But what could be more convincing of concernment than burning down the own neighbourhood. Then 2009 Mohammed Benmouna begane suicide in his cell, also criminal, and they riot again. That will bring people on their side.

And yeah, the London Riots last year. A drug dealer criminal was killed by police and again they start rioting and burn down the businesses in their own hood. The coward white british got beaten up, being educated in political correctness to bow down and being guilty all those years, they just can't do anything else. But the Indians and Pakis fought back with baseballbats and swords. Yeah, you don't burn down my store criminal scum!

 

But ever heart of the black Teaparty activist Kenneth Gladney who got beaten up by people who didn't like his doing? It seams like the forces of destruction just going wild.

Rod was on parole for a robbery in 1989. On the night of the event in question, he was driving drunk, and didn't want to get a DUI, as that would violate his parole...... that is why he ran from the cops. There were no drugs found in the course of the arrest. (though, apparently, he had been smoking some pot as well....) No other drugs were found in his system.

 

The cops used excessive force to subdue him. It was caught on video, and widely circulated, the subsequent acquittal of the four officers primarily involved was what sparked the riots. Even then president George Bush could understand how they were acquitted, given the evidence on video.......

Really? The cops encourage you to kill people? I must live in a utopia compared to where all of you live. The worst crimes here are stealing and VERY very very rarely someone gets kidnapped but then they always get caught(but then again, there haven't been many cases).

The police here are fed up with the justice system ... they catch the criminals only to see them released back into society ... so yes, off the record many of them would look

the other way.
