Bug in proximity explosion and time-fuse explosion

When I make time-fuse, proximity-fuse weapons (like for cluster missiles or bombs) the fused projectile comes back and explode on my character when line of sight is blocked(eg. you run for cover). I've been struggling with this issue for days and finally concluded this is just a bug that can't be fixed in Fallout 4 engine.

Also, I was making a projectile that spawns children missiles after 0.2 seconds. When I aim high the mini missiles fall to the ground instead of going straight and hurt me. I tried and changed offset and stuff but I think it's just a bug with the engine. Does anyone know further about this issue?
