Which of these if any is crashing Westside?

Alright, I'm having problem of when I go anywhere near Westside, I crash every time without fail. I did the wait 3 days and try again thing I saw suggested on this forum as well, and didn't help. After searching some too, I found out some people have had this problem on a clean Vanilla install. My game was reinstalled recently, it's fully patched up. After installing each mod, I went in and made sure game worked fine on each one, and game seems to be fine except for Westside. Here is my mod list if anyone can identify that may be a problem:

Dam that is a lot of mods try getting rid of everything you can live without and whittle it down to >100 and you should have an easier time of it can't see the exact cause information overload

Your problem may be the four below, I'm pretty sure one of those four should be right under caravan.esm and the barber-mirror. mod might be in one of those four mods below, I have "New Vegas Error Corrections Complete - DLC + GRA + NVCE.esm" in my game and I know it has the barber-mirror mod within it!..
