What i would love to see in Fallout 4

Just a little list of things i think would rock.

1 : Multiple full world spaces that must be traversed constantly during the story. I'm talking something slimier to Requiem of the wasteland. Maybe include most of the lands already covered in the falloutiverse.

2 : REAL ammo and weapon management, get rid of the inventory space and make the PC have to use backpacks and mag holders, and re loadable weapon magazines, really make the PC think. "Do i have enough ammo to go threw though fiends?"

3 : Cover system. Now im not talking about chest high walls far as the eye can see. but it would be nice to do more then just stand there shooting.

4 : improved AI. I want enemies that make use of cover, that know the strengths of there weapons and the danger. No more raiders that kill them selfs shooting a rocket launcher at there own feet to get to the PC.

5 : Better armor system. I want to take, say an plane suit of combat armor and customize it to my needs, maybe i want it to be lighter, so i can remove the trauma plates. Or i want more ammo storage so i add more mag pouches. Or maybe i'm going to be faceing lots of enemies, so i want to tank the suit out.

I know none of this stuff will prolly happen, but i still felt i had to put it out there were there was a chance some one from bethesea could see it.

Things i would like to see, A game engine other then gamebyro, and possible directx 10 or higher.

Please retire it already..

And no glitches this time through, try to atleast properly beta test it this time.

thats all that matters right now, a clean and glitch free game, also don't rush release it either like Skyrim was..

if your Listening Bethesda....

Combine New Vegas' dialogue with FO3's atmosphere/world design along with what you suggested. That's what i want for FO4.

Oh and improved shooting mechanics. In FO3, burst or single shot firing is unnecessary since the guns have a pre-determined accuracy and spread. Meaning no matter how carefully you place your shots, it'll still miss if you have a low small guns skill.

after playing the original fallout games, i realized FO3 was to the fallout series like oblivion is to the elder scrolls series.

it was lacking in weapons, monsters (seriously, they took super mutant and centaurs, couldnt they make something new? i mean, i could see ghouls, radscorpions and possibly deathclaws, but super mutants? come on, dont remake them >.<) landscape (dead earth... buildings you cant go into... radiation, thats all i saw >.<) and the story was well thought out and on par with the fallout universe, but you died at the end. granted i sadly didnt get any of the expansions fo rFO3 (shivering ilses saved oblivion i think) so i wouldnt know for sure, the weapons were generic and lame "chinese assault rifle" the original fallout games gave you REAL gun names, with a brief description worthy of the gun, oh, and not aiming down the sights pissed me off greatly.

im assumign those who have played morrowind and oblivion know why oblivion is lacking. I have only watched my friend play skyrim, i got a copy for computer that i cant play yet :wallbash:

I'd like Beth to keep the NV-style dialogue (i.e. the original Fallout-style dialogue/humor)

More complex armor system (mods that improve resistances/boost perks outside of unique armors) and weapon customization (I want lightning bullets!)

Companions that actually do what you tell them to do

A REAL dog companion, none of that cyberdog bull

A better barter system with merchants

Factions outside of the BoS that actually have an effect on gameplay (like in the Elder Scrolls games)

If Fallout New Vegas and Metro 2033 had a baby that would be my Fallout 4. Minus the casino cowboy thing that I hated.

Different strokes, but I personally loved it.

I'm actually writing a novel on what I'd like to see in Fallout 4. Where it takes place and how I'd imagine it would go. It's hard to work on new locations though. Requires lots of research. :psyduck:
