WoW like spell bar for skyrim?

I'm looking for (and/or requesting) a mod for Skyrim that adds a WoW-like spellbar to the bottom of the screen where you can bind different mage spells and use the 1-0 keys to activate them (or click them if you're a noob). Failing that, any mod that lets me bind spells to keys and activate them without having to equip them to one of my characters hands would be awesome if you know of any, thanks!

I second this as although its not hard to remember your hotkeys it would be nice to have a visual representation of what spell you have equipped and on what hand and I reckon an action bar would be the best option, failing that a mod that somehow makes the 1st person animation for fireball and flames different etc

EDIT: Maaaaaybe not on this one...I can't seem to figure out a way to get the magicka cost of the spell you'd be casting, and getting the cast animations to play would be....tricky.

Grimy Utilities is the closest I've seen to this, and you can easily port it SE by extracting the data from the bsa and adding to the mod folder instead of the bsa.
