mayhew2070
So, it's making no sense at all. I do everything just right, my load order (to the best of my knowledge looks right, so please double check), no overheating, no over encumbrance of hardware, no justification for why this is happening: [Fallout 4 has stopped working. Click here to close the Program] As seen in this picture the hardware is not over-stressed. bbiller
One thing I'd suggest: check where you have Scap Everything. That prefers to be near the bottom of the list. I do have it myself so where I have it (see my Need Some Help and Issues with Some Tools post, page 2 near the bottom for a good imported load order) should be about where you should, too. I do know that there have been issues with some stuff due to a shelf mod (Dino Shelf is in that list) though your load order looks like it's not following the general load order guide on bethesda.net (I'd fix that if things are out of general place, as that may clear some things up). Aside from those issues, I don't see any other glarring issues, so once those are fixed, that should take care of the CTD's.
payl0ad
I have the distinct feeling that this type of crash is not actually caused by the game doing something specific. Whenever I had that it was a clean, instant CTD without error message. I have had FO4 crash my video driver too, but that resulted in a freeze of Windows' display manager (had to soft reboot). That means there could be issues not confined to the game. Do you get weird application behavior with other highly memory intensive applications, crashes perhaps? If so, that's likely an issue with your RAM (at 32 GByte that's probably split up across 4 modules, so even higher chance of having a faulty piece of hardware). I'd run memtest86+ over night just to be sure. How often does this happen? Does it happen more frequently in specific gameplay scenarios?

Aside from those issues, I don't see any other glarring issues, so once those are fixed, that should take care of the CTD's. Oh don't I feel silly. Here's a direct quote from Scrap's Webpage: Nexus Mod Manager/Mod Organizer: Download the file and add it to your mod manager of choice. For NMM, use the "Add Mod From File" button (it looks like a green + sign in the "Mods" tab). For Mod Organizer <TO BE ADDED>. Then simply install the mod, make sure it's enabled (AND LAST) in your load order, and play! That might be part of it. I usually take LOOT, and let it do everything. Yes, my LOOT is up to date. I install the other mods that the mod pages say that need to be in last after all that. What is weird though, is that, I played for like 6 hours (just after this post) with no issues just by starting back up on the same save. Kind of one of those hit and miss things. Anyway, thank you. This does help. If anyone else has suggestions on this load order please feel free to comment! Edited April 24, 2018 by daroule1982

I can run FarCry Primal, WoW, ESO, and a multitude of several graphics intense applications. I have had those issues, but downloaded MSI afterburner, monitor it closely now, and lowered certain settings... those went away unless I download a mod implementing a ton of HQ items (all in one small area at the same time) congests my VRAM. Anyway.... I don't have that issue since I overclocked my card by 75 % core/memory. I also used to have the problem you are talking about when I turned off my pagefile to my memory.... I read somewhere that is a very naughty idea. Edited April 23, 2018 by daroule1982
bill8872
Scrap Everything dose not have to be last . I have several Custom settlement mods Scrap Everything conflicts with the Pipboy settlement location. So I have to pace them below Scrap Everything. mayhew2070
I think it maybe to just having too many mods running at once. I froze yesterday without even a prompt, awaited 3 minutes for it to stop stalling, and no dice.
