Take the url letter by letter and without the brackets. The link was created incorrectly and leads to this bogus url.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1369606535

It will even work through the "linkfilter" wrapper, provided you remove the brackets and the bogus protocol.
https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/?url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1369606535

Nothing malicious about the content, just an incorrect url.

It's reported as malicious, because the linkfilter is instructed to send you to something not Steam:

http://(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1369606535)

But of course this url is completely defective and thus not going anywhere either.

i have to run skyrim on medium 1600x900.

When i have the game on that res the world becomes really bright

but when i have the game on 1080p it is gone i cant run the game on that res so i need a fix.

Can you give some more info?

What's your system specs, native monitor resolution and gpu?

What do you mean by 1080p, exactly? To me, that's like a YouTube video parameter. What aspect ratio/resolution are you using at 1080p and what "p" is 1600x900?

What have you tried so far, EG turning down the brightness and contrast settings, in-game and on your monitor?

You can also adjust shadows etc and, as I remember, there are also some ini tweaks that might help.

:)

Do you have any ENB's?

... Disable them and make sure any modifications to .INI files are fixed as well.

Do you have any " light enhancement effects " mods?

... disable them.

Did this fix it?

Are your graphic drivers up to date?
