cyanideus
I´ve been playing Skyrim for a while, until I got bored. Some weeks ago I deleted Steam and installed it again with Skyrim again. Now there is a grafic bug, which causes many objects and characters to be displayed wrong.I don´t use any mods at the moment. What can be a solution for this problem ? fms1
You may need to uninstall, then run CCleaner, it's a registry cleaner (remove all things for Steam and Skyrim) and find a HDD scrubber program (I don't mean wipe your whole HDD). Skyrim and Steam can leave registry keys and uninstall\ delete doesn't actually remove things from your HDD, it just "marks for delete" meaning it's still there until it's overwritten. The HDD scrubber will actually overwrite the data until all traces are removed. Then reinstall Steam and Skyrim. Or you could be experiencing 1 of a long list of graphics card driver issues since the Skyrim patch 1.5 rolled out (even if your running pre-1.5 patch). Rastafariel
Ive been away from Slyrim for a bit. Just getting back (I have stuck with 1.1 for the LAA issue) I now see that Im getting an issue again where the skins are not forming on some monsters - this usually appeared to happen at random and sadly it was usually dragons, but now it seems to be on frostbite spiders. When I say the skin is not forming - I can see the spider, and its all one color - like.... light-bluish.... I assume you call what goes over that a skin... I'm not a modder ;-) Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? Thanks, Ras
fms1
That is the texture not rendering properly, I used to get those before the LAA patch. It's usually a memory issue (ram\ vram), but can also be due to patch bugs for some on the much later patches than yours.
