"If lead shots to the head and blowing them to s*** puts them down, we are quite well armed, though we could do with some of these... specialised weapons and ammo. You said the dead rise because of fear, so you should keep a leash on the media, censor anything frightening, make sure it's all reassuring, like stories that serial killers have been captured, that the radiation isn't as bad as expected, anything to keep people reassured, that way the dead won't keep rising... Now, i have news feeds to change, and news to deliver... the tests... i will keep you updated, and the specialised weapons will be delivered to your main headquarters. Now i really must go, contact me again should you need anything." Victoria said, she put the mobile down and blocked the Dragons chaotic news feeds, and changed the information to positive, she walked out of her office and through the corridors, she entered the bridge and explained the situation, and soon teams were on changing the news stories, and keeping optimism high. She herself walked down to the lab and changed into a lab uniform, putting on a silver gas mask, she looked at the live experiments as they screamed in pain, and was ahnded a log of what was going on.

The director put his phone away, pulled out a burn-phone, and called up another one of his bases, this one wasn't known to the public "We have a big, bad, Mother of all problems type problem. We're going to have to rush the project along..."

Despite everything power was the only thing on the Illuminati's mind. They used the panic to push harder. They took over more companies with threats and action, lurked in there dark clubs and ancient tombs, agents extracting strife upon any who crossed there paths. They were not a force to be reckoned with, and as a group of dragon attacked them in D.C, they put them down with a cold fist. Ever creeping closer to Heaven and hell, stealing resources and relics, power and wealth was all that ran through there veins.

 

Victoria looked with cold eyes at the experiment before her. "Hurt it more... i want to see it screaming." And the experimentalist's bombarded the undead creature with more potent drugs and prototype weapons. "Good, now carry on." She walked out and changed back into her uniform... She walked back to her office and looked at her computer. A member of the Government was refusing to bend to the Illuminati's will, so Victoria ordered for his family to be murdered.

Three hundred adolescents were in the operating rooms of the I.U.S.P's institute of research. The oldest was about 15, they had all been taken at a young age, kidnapped. Originally, they were going to wait until the oldest was 16, and the youngest 14, to provide best results, but they could only hope for the best now. There was a chance some wouldn't survive, but that was a risk the I.U.S.P was willing to take. They were augmenting the recruits:

 

 

Carbide Ceramic Ossification: Advanced material grafting onto skeletal structures to make bones much stronger. Recommended coverage not to exceed 7% total bone mass because of significant white blood cell necrosis. Risk for pre-and near-postpubescent adolescents, skeletal growth spurts may cause irreparable bone pulverization.

 

Muscular Enhancement Injections: Protein complex is injected into muscle to increase tissue density and decrease recovery time. Five percent (5%) of test subjects experience a fatal cardiac volume increase.

 

Thyroid Implant: Platinum pellet containing human growth hormone catalyst is implanted in the thyroid to boost growth of skeletal and muscle tissues. Rare instances of Elephantiasis. Suppressed sexual drive.

 

Occipital Capillary Reversal: Submergence and boosted blood vessel flow beneath the rods and cones of the subject's retina. Produces a visual perception increase. Possible Retinal rejection and detatchment. Permanent blindness.

 

Superconducting Fibrification of Nerves: Alteration of nerves. 250% increase in subject reflexes initially. Significant instances of Parkinson's Disease and Fletcher's Syndrome.

 

Brain modifications: Marked increase in intelligence, memory, and creativity. Eidectic memory. It would be to dangerous to unlock the peak of skill immediantly, it could cause many problems. As such, they will slowly advance overtime, the remainder of the implants finishing themselves. They will also be able to learn many skills, and use them to great affect. possible contractions of mental diseases and disorders.

 

They had finished a special bio armour for these new 'super soldiers', the money had been taken from all contracts, with 60% of money from each contract being poured into this project. These were, in a manner of speaking, the children of the I.U.S.P.

Among the many strange and gruesome experiments in the lab, a number of new weapons were being developed, Victoria pulled up the list, and browsed the new Prototypes:

 

The Aortic ravager or TAR: A lethal injection of compact and tiny metal pellets, that target the Aorta, once they reach there destination the tear apart the Artery, but on a tiny scale. The preferable outcome is immediate Aortic dissection, blood pouring from the tears force the walls of the Aorta apart, and if done correctly, all three layers of the Aorta come apart, Causing the victim to lose blood rapidly. This weapon is reserved for targets the Illuminati pick... or can be carried by agents for there own sadistic pleasure. But as it is in prototype stage, sometimes it will not reach the Aorta from the site the TAR has been injected, and instead, the compact pellets burst open the veins of the injected area.

 

The Sea's fury: A horrible little device that is put over a victims face, once it comes into contact, it grapples and fastens to the face, and it inserts tubes into the victims nose and mouth. It pours water down there throats without stopping, and drowns them.

 

Plague bullets: The plague bullets are developed to spread a manufactured virus into the victim, effects are similar to a ,ot of poison, and depending on whom is shot, results in differing effects. From vomiting until there is nothing left to vomit, to convulsions, to heart attacks, to symptoms similar to the black death. It is highly risky however, as the virus contained can spread to many victims nearby.

 

Victoria read them with a cruel smile... certainly painful weapons... she drew up the list of Undead stopping weapons, and found a new gun:

 

The Holy Avenger: Created from stolen Templar lore and information, the gun fires rounds generated from holy water, phosphorous, and salt. The bullets are hard and crystalline, and result in excruciating pain for any undead they hit, ravaging them with Holy water, burning them with Phosphorous. Slat is used to help the bullets keep shape.

 

Victoria turned off her computer, and stepped out of her office, she locked the door behind her, and exited the Labyrinth. She got back in her car and began the journey back to her apartment.

It was finished, but many of them did not make it... only 169 survived the procedure, but 19 of them were unfit for service, suffering from ill effects of the argumentations. The recruits were ready... all that was left was to give them a name, and the director was already thinking of one...

A few hours later Victoria arrived at the View 14. She parked her car and got out, walking across the carpark, and into the building. She smiled at the receptionist and walked into the lift, pressing the button for the top floor. The elevator stopped, and the doors slid open, Victoria walked across the corridor and towards her apartment... while she was gone the Door had been put back on, but the damage inside was still the same, she sighed and entered her rather ravaged apartment, she slipped off her shoes and left them in the entryway, she proceeded to the bathroom and washed out the bath, she let the water run and added a little bath-cream. She got undressed and hung her blue outfit up in her wardrobe, and jewellery back in her dresser. She stripped off naked and closed the bathroom door, and stepped into the large bathtub, covered in bubbles, she slid down and relaxed.

The mercs were deployed into major civilian population centres, cities, large towns, any where where there was a significant number of people. All the while on the look out for the supposed 'undead' none really believed that the dead would rise, but still, they had orders... and they were getting paid.

 

All the while the super soldiers were thrust into various diagnostics and other tests, very soon they would be sent out, they would be the best god damn mercs the I.U.S.P had... and the undead would be there final test...
