Loot and trade delay?

Almost certainly a mod conflict. Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as NVSE and it's related plugins, texture replacements (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX.

That's 132 plugins, which MIGHT be pushing your personal "plugin cap". Suggest you build a "Bash/Merge Patch" file and see if you can't "deactivate" some fully merged plugins. You need such a "merge patch" any way. Please see the 'Merge Patch File' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. Also see the 'Maximizing use of memory', 'Third Rule: The Rule of One', 'Essentials for Getting Started' entries in the 'First Timer Advice' section.

No obvious conflicts (though you have many mods I have no experience with personally), so if the "merge patch" doesn't help you will need to pin down which mods are in conflict. Please see 'Mod Conflict Isolation' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

I see, well if i can do merge patch or something like this i will not use NVECC+NVCE - as it is outdated and some of it's contend has updates. + some mods require files , that are included in NVEC but mods did not detect it. So i have to use it until some1 did not make something like this. Anyway - looks like that's all help ppl can get this day - go read wiki............. When i first start to mod FNV - some ppl even sort load orders for others. But time change.

Navigate to Data/NVSE and create a new text file in that folder, name that text file nvse_config.ini, open it with notepad and add the following.

[Memory]

DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=400

Now save and exit.
Note it's the NVSE folder you create it in, not the Plugins folder.

Done it. Looks like it isn't action that cause problem, but menu tab that opens. Happens from time to time: when open menu( inventory, loot,dialog or even save/exit menu) cursor start to move very slow.

"Cursor creep"? You mean the "mouse cursor"?

Edit the three Fallout INI files. (Please see the 'Game INI files' entry in the 'First Timer Advice' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.)

Then navigate to the section [CONTROLS] and add these lines.

fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

That will disable the game's built-in "mouse acceleration", and should get rid of the mouse creep. If not, then disable it in any "advanced" settings of your mouse driver. Or update that driver.

OTOH, if you mean that opening a menu causes your cursor movement to slow down from normal speed, then that suggests a Menu script is eating up CPU cycles. I don't see any UI-HUD-Menu mods in your load order, so I'm at a loss as to what might be causing that. Again, "conflict isolation" seems to be your only choice.

Looks like JIP improved recipe menu really do not like new nvse. While it still work - after i remove it- all goes normal. Yes i do have about 3-5 sec max delay on loot - but with number of new-stuff-added-to-game:))) i think that's normal.

Damn how i will craft all that new caliberx ammo now!!!!
