Little Time Modders Making It To The Top

I wonder if the amazing modders found here llike LHamonds, Jerros, Ren, Jojjo etc have been approached by Bethesda for the upcoming TESV, wouldn't that be swell, I'm sure the Bethesda guys really like the amazing mods here and are always looking for inspiration and ideas, some of the talent here is amazing, just look at the armour of Lost Paladins as an example.

Thanks...and no, I was not approached directly. GStaff did an interview on me but that was at the request of members.

 

I really do not have an artistic talent and have had no art training what-so-ever so I'd be really surprised if they wanted to hire me. The things that I do take me an awful amount of time to complete because I do not have the skills to "get-er-done" quickly like a professional does (and is expected / required to do). What might take me 8 hours of solid work would take a pro about 15 to 30 minutes and would end up with a better result.

 

Besides, modders do what they do for fun and their pure enjoyment is reflected in their work...hence the "cool factor" of many mods you have tried. When working for a company, you are cranking out somebody else's vision and you tend to have little say or creative freedom and that can wear-down just about anyone...especially if you are not a trained professional that can stay-the-course and get it done.
