wesaynothin
..erm dont double post. Thats what the edit button is for. And as for the picture... Its called lighting. They took it at a certain angle with certain gamma settings. Otherwise, its just pixel shading.
Narynzine
Sorry, i said i'd post a link, didn't occur to me to put it in the same post(plus it wouldn't have made much sense).I did edit the second one 2 times tho, does that count? ^_^ Pixel shading? I don't know anything about that. I just remember seeing a tweak mod that changes the water texture etc to more realistic looking water, ripples etc, i assumed it was that.As i said, that mod has since vanished off the face of the internet world anyway by the looks of it
wesaynothin
When the Morrowind autorun opens up, click on options and it will show video spec options. If you have a good enough card (CURSE YOU MX) you can turn Pixel shading on. It looks pretty nice, except for the fact that no waves pretty much ruins the effect. Narynzine
Nope, i can't turn it on. Guess my Radeon 7200 series isn't good enough:( Nevermind, my quest for a water tweak mod continues(plus i don't like the idea of not being able to see what's under the water from above anyway)
Rune
Yep it's pixle shading. And as far as I know it's only available with NVIDIA GeForce cards, not ATI (I've got a Radeon too...).Don't ask me why, it just doesn't work. I don't think a mod will help you fix what your computer can't render anyways...
Narynzine
Well my old computer had a geforce card and pixel shading wasn't available with that either. Is it actually available with anything lower than a super computer?! <_<
