Mod capacity on skyrim

I finally was able to get a new and more powerful PC and im getting Skyrim.

So i wanted to know what too many mods can do to your game.

Less mods is better on the concept of computing power, mod conflicts, crashes to desktop, complete Skyrim failure, etc.... but the rumor, and others would have to chime in, is more than 248 mods (250 files including the program's own required Skyrim.esm & Update.esm) is where it will go wonky for any computer. :ohmy:
