Best LOD Generation steps?

I've generated them in Creation Kit for a small exterior world I made but that didn't fix the bad render distance but I haven't found a solid guide that's for FO4

There are a lot of good sorces for information on this subject but you really should have asked this if the creation kit modders forum.
