-PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't link me to that one dudes tutorial talking about homegroups etc. I actually nearly threw my desktop trying to read it.-

I am not good with the new age computers because frankly when I started working with website design flash did not exist.

So let's pretend I am a complete moron incapable of understanding your type of instructions.

I would like to

A) Be able to launch FREAKING SKYRIM SPECIAL EDITION and Fallout 4 with steam without taking a crash course on SOFTWARE DESIGN please.... that stuff gives me a headache I'm too old for this mess.

I would also like to learn how to mod with windows 10.

I need the instructions to be simple. I am not stupid by any means but I can't understand half the instructions that I have googled because I don't DEAL with computers like I used to.

Both games should have no problems launching on Windows 10. The only real issues are games from Skyrim (32-bit old version) back, and that's generally only if your Windows installation is messed up in the first place. Windows 10, for all intents and purposes, is really no different than previous versions, in that everything should just run - that is, assuming there are no underlying problems caused by other things.

If you're having issues, I suggest you make a post in the appropriate places including information like where the problem occurred, any error messages, if the problem is repeatable (i.e. it happens the same way, same place/time always), what you've done to try and fix it, your computer specs, etc.

I know it can be frustrating when all the information seems to be either vague/overly technical Youtube videos or old and rambling forum posts, but there are plenty of people out there willing to help, and willing to explain thing you're not understanding. And please do come on down to the Steam forums for the games as well; folks like myself, Ilja, Avrie, SMR, Black Album, cfs111, and other are regulars there, and we volunteer on the Steam forums to help out anyone who is having issues. Some of us are active on the Nexus forums as well, but our main stomping grounds are on Steam.
