Can't log in mod organizer

When I open MO, I'm getting a login failure. This started to occur all of the suddenly. Here are the logs from MO:

There's a new version of Mod Organizer on the Skyrim SE Mod Organizer 2 page. Even MO1 has been updated there to fix this issue.

I'm seem to be having this problem but I've updated my mo (at least I think so) that did not help and https://www.reddit.c..._update_needed/ I don't have the files featured here please help Thanks in advance

 

 

edit: I'm also wiliing to change back to NMM but I used the associate with "Download with manager" links but I don't know how to undo this

 

edit: I checked and the Associate with NXM URLs is checked in NMM
