Advice on primary needs mod

I recently just finished fallout 3 and loved it. About to start skyrim and i thought i'd leap straight in to mods. There seem to be a lot of mods that introduce the things that primary needs did in fallout and i was hoping for a recommendation.

Also while were at it has modding got easier? It took me dozens of hours to get fallout to load with all the mods working reasonably well (a few textures and locations missing and infrequent crashes) and i am hoping it has got easier since then.

And last point, what is enb? I know its something to do with graphics but is it a general term or specific mod? There are so many graphics mods im not sure which are different/complimentary/incompatible?

Thanks for any help x

Bethesda incorporated some of the primary needs into Fallout New Vegas but I was surprised to see that they didn't follow through with it in Skyrim. There is a "Hypothermia" mod that involves core body temp...pretty good mod. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6745
