i would start by moving Fnis to bottom of load order with xpmse right above it. if that don't work i would reinstall skse and skyui

Other than that, we need more information. Are you using any mods that affect the looting process (like Quick Loot)? Does this happen on all NPCs, specific NPCs, or NPCs in any specific location? Does looting chests, urns, that sort of thing work normally?
