FlyIgnite
For the witcher 3 recommended specs on steam i fulfill most of the list. I have the AMD FX 8350 the recommended AMD processor, a Geforce GTX 1050 ti 4gb graphics card which is almost no different than the recommended gtx 770, and the recommended 8gb of RAM which i am going to upgrade by the end of the week. I have all of these and still im only getting around 40 frames why is that? Edited May 12, 2018 by FlyIgnite

Erik005
On the higher settings at 1080p you should expect these frame rates. I would't upgrade DDR3 any more, save your money for when you have to upgrade your entire system. Which motherboard do you have and are you sure it doesn't throttle the 8350

The board is indeed a good match for the 8350. I think 40 FPS for a 1050ti would be expected at higher 1080p settings on Witcher
