Keyboard shortcuts for Skyrim menu?

I suppose we can use keyboard to control everything in the menu without mouse involvement (because mouse is slower).

I am aware we can use keyboard to navigate inventory and spell menus. But when we hit ESC to the game menu: Quest, General Stats, System, I would have to manually click these sections with mouse. I am dumbfounded to why there is no keyboard command to navigate this menu. I googled, and tried all kind of keys, no luck. Most google search would return about keyboard character control and inventory menu, which I already know.

Anyone just happens to know the obvious about the main Skyrim menu?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am aware of that page covering supposedly all the controls in game.

 

In regard to the second mod, you are literately saying the game didn't provide any control unless you download a mod. And I am playing Skyrim SE so this mod doesn't apply to me. But I found the Skyrim SE version, in case anyone reading this is playing on Skyrim SE.

Yeah, it's definitely not the best example of game menu design. A mod should not have been needed for this. :(
