PanHrabia
When I playin' for some time I noticed weird pale light from f.e. nirn or bright object on dark sky etc. The circles of light should gradually change to dark without any noticeable circles.. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/214/tesv2012050311472415.jpg/ I noticed it on D3 beta too (main screen moon) so it's not a game problem, rather gpu adjustments. Game is up to date also the gpu drivers are up to date. There's no mods changening the game graphics (well fact of occuring it elswere eliminates the mods). i don't have any lags during the game so I assume that is some adjustment of nvidia card, but which?? cpu : C2D 8400@ 3000MHzgpu: GTX 560 Tiram: 8Gb DDR2
Georgiegril
Have you been on the GeForce Website? They have optimal settings for your specific Graphics card for Skyrim. They also have a great tweak guide in general.GeForce link Edited May 3, 2012 by Georgiegril
PanHrabia
Well I checked it.. Exacly the same. i even turn off this and put the adjustments directly from card (nvidia panel) and there was no changes..
Georgiegril
Did you play around at all with the AA or FXAA to see if that helped any? Also, I know you have evidence to check that it is a GPU settings issue, but have you tried playing with the light fade and specularity setting on the Skyrim settings screen? Are you using any lighting mods (like realistic lighting)? Georgiegril
Sorry, just reread your OP. So no lighting mods. Did you go through every page on the NVidia tweak guide? Because if you are sure it is a problem with your NVidia settings, that is where you can get the solution.
PanHrabia
No lightmods used. I tried without fxaa and with both on. I also reduced light fade and specularity but without any effect.
