Mod caused unfixable problem with game.

I downloaded, and followed install instructions of the following mod: Super Realistic Cinema ENB.

 

After installing it, right after character creation the game screen turns black, the game stops functioning, so I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and open Task Manager, and next to Skyrim it says "NOT RESPONDING", so I end task... windows tries to find a solution but doesn't actually find one. Then the game closes, and this problem stays the same, no matter what I do - unless I fully reinstall the game again... and that can take so long.

 

I just want to be able to play the game again, the author of Super Realistic Cinema ENB, doesn't speak English very well, and doesn't have a very good informative direction on what to do on the mod page, in fact there isn't even an uninstall direction. That is why I'm here.

 

I can't remove his ENB, no matter how hard I try. I found each file that was associated with the ENB, but it's as if there are some files still there that I can't see because the problem still persists, and before I installed the ENB, I didn't have a problem.

 

Can someone please help me figure this out?

Also: I didn't mean any disrespect to the author of Super Realistic Cinema ENB - I'm just trying to provide as much information as I can in hopes to gain help in fixing this, so I can play the game again, without having to reinstall it.
