Craymusin
I was wondering if it's possible to bring models created with Google SketchUp into NifSkope and then into Oblivion? If so, how?
LFact
If you can import sketchup models to blender, I think you can. Don't know if there's any import script, but here's a way.(though I'm not sure if it really works)
Exodus1161
even if you can get your .skp file to become a .obj by whatever means, then yes, it's very possible
Craymusin
Nice, cos SketchUp is easy to use and is good for making architecture. Thanks.
Vagrant0
The main problem is that you would still need to do the texturing, scaling, and collision work within some other program than sketchup. The .obj format is also not without its own problems which would have to be worked out. Sketchup would probably work best just for quick prototyping of a structure. There are some things which it handles reasonably well, and then there are those that it doesn't. In general terms, use it to get the general shape of the building you want, but still make the building from scratch within the actual 3d program.
