CTD After NPC's Turn Hostile

Skyrim SE CTD's when I turn an NPC hostile. I have no problem killing enemies (using sneak, obviously) or attacking, but as soon as the enemies turn hostile, I crash.

This is my modlist (in it's set load order as well), and I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions or fixes.

(I also have CBBE installed, however it's not showing up on Vortex).

 

All mods should be up-to-date and were installed using NMM (imported over to Vortex because NMM wouldn't let me log into the Nexus). The crashes were happening before I imported the mods to Vortex AND after.

 

I have tried disabling some mods I believed might affect AI intelligence, but I'm not 100% what mods affect the AI systems indirectly.

 

Crashes occurred in an older save, I restarted and they also crash in the new (clean) save. CTDs do NOT occur in Vanilla unmodded SkyrimSE, haven't tried unmodded with SKSE64 but the crashes only started happening recently.
