Crash on moving from area to area

Hey guys, I've been doing basically a full playthrough of Skyrim recently, and everything was fine up until I returned to Fort Dawnguard with Serena. Now, upon moving to any cell (Barring a few interiors that I found were safe, Dead Drop falls next to the Fort, Qasmoke and the Fort itself), the game CTDs. I've not got any mod collisions that any tool can find.

Anyone able to help me...? I've put a lot of time into this save, and I was testing this mod setup for ST's release...
