pinkfloyd18
Hello, didn't know if this is better here or in the Mod Troubleshoitng section. I'm getting a CTD most of the times I want to load a modded save. There really isn't a pattern, only that I can't load any save which was after leaving Riverwood and even there I usually can't load saves. I have a clean save after the Helgen sequence which loads fine and I can load any savegame before Riverwood after adding the mods and changing my character in Racemenu. Maybe someone has an idea, or sees a conflict in my load order :) My load order with LOOT: Skyrim.esm=1Update.esm=1Dawnguard.esm=1HearthFires.esm=1Dragonborn.esm=1Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp=1ClimatesOfTamriel.esm=1BSAssets.esm=1BSHeartland.esm=1BS_DLC_patch.esp=1Falskaar.esm=1SMIM-SE-Merged-All.esp=1SkyUI_SE.esp=1dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp=1FNIS.esp=1RaceMenuPlugin.esp=1RaceMenu.esp=1XPMSE.esp=1SGEyebrows.esp=1IcePenguinWorldMap.esp=1EnhancedLightsandFX.esp=1ELFX - Exteriors.esp=1JKs Skyrim.esp=1Solitude Expansion.esp=1JKs_Skyrim_No_Lights_Patch.esp=1Motte & Bailey.esp=1Man Those Borders!.esp=1Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp=1Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp=1Immersive Weapons.esp=1AmazingFollowerTweaks.esp=1BarenziahQuestMarkers.esp=1Relationship Dialogue Overhaul.esp=1Ars Metallica.esp=1FastTravelSpeedMultiplier.esp=1Antennaria.esp=1Bijin NPCs.esp=1Bijin Warmaidens.esp=1Bijin Wives.esp=1Black Mage Armor SE.esp=1CiriOutfit.esp=1DCR_KingCrusaderMegaPack_SSE.esp=1Ebony Mage Armor.esp=1NoldorArmor.esp=1Northgirl.esp=1Run For Your Lives.esp=1TalosHousecarl.esp=1Tribunal Robes for SSE.esp=1UNP Vanilla Outfits.esp=1Volkihar Knight.esp=1TW3_femaleArmors_zzjay.esp=1Yennefer_zzjay.esp=1Cloaks.esp=1StormLord.esp=1RDO - AFT v1.66 Patch.esp=1Skyrim Flora Overhaul.esp=1Convenient Horses.esp=1Ritual Armor of Boethiah.esp=1garm_white.esp=1isilNarsil.esp=1icebladeofthemonarch.esp=1BlackSacramentArmor.esp=1Hedge Mage Armor.esp=1Zikoru Swords.esp=1Cloaks - Dawnguard.esp=1Cloaks - USSEP Patch.esp=11nivWICCloaks.esp=1Sleeved Guards.esp=1Perfect Legionnaire - Troops Re-equipment.esp=1Vivace.esp=1Toccata.esp=1Toccata as Elisif.esp=1Serana.esp=1Valerica.esp=1RDO - USSEP Patch.esp=1KS Hairdo's.esp=1ClimatesOfTamriel-Interiors-Warm.esp=1ClimatesOfTamriel-Nights-L1.esp=1ClimatesOfTamriel-Falskaar.esp=1SMIM-Bruma-Patch.esp=1CH Bruma Patch.esp=1Sotteta Necromancer Outfit.esp=1Merta Assassin Armor.esp=1Tembtra Thief Armor.esp=1GQJ_DG_vampireamuletfix.esp=1LeftHandRings.esp=1Ghorza's Armor.esp=1TheEyesOfBeauty.esp=1Vikings Weaponry - Johnskyrim.esp=1ISD_LongclawCrafting.esp=1RealisticWaterTwo.esp=1JKs Skyrim_RWT_Patch.esp=
Deleted3897072User
If you have skee64.dll in your Data\SKSE\Plugins folder, delete it. It is known to be buggy. There are many posts about it in the XPMSSE comments.
Maverick255
How you managed to get the game to not CTD on the Bethesda logo with that many mods is beyond me. Remember that just because you have mods in their perfect order doesn't mean that they are not going to crash your game. Do a background check on every single one of them, reading their posts. See if people are like "your mod borked my game!" and if they are, then you found your culprit. Check the mods to be 100% sure that none are conflicting with eachother. Make sure that all mods have their requirements ABOVE them in the load order. Skyrim could have also released a patch that broke a mod or two. It happens a lot. All of my files, ever, were patches to mods that once worked but needed altering to continue working after updates. EDIT: I would personally put KS Hairdos up in the very beginning, as Bijin, Yennifer, and Vivace all require it to be loaded BEFORE them.
