  1. I feel like steering has a bit of a "dead zone" and then overcompensates immensely after it responds
  2. I discovered the directories in MO2 Settings\Paths were absolutely fubar. Fixing them gave me back part of my profile, but things that were enabled were not enabled and things disabled were not disabled. But everything was there. I did one last profile file transfer and it appears to have fixed the load order. I had to also update directories in the MO2 launch dropdown list.
  3. I followed the instructions on the link. Even when I literally copy/paste a mod organizer folder to the new computer, only 290 of 881 mods transfer and only 60 of 275 plugins transfer. The instructions must be missing something crucial. Where are my mods getting lost at?
  4. Good morning all! I am trying to move my Skyrim install to a USB 3.2 SSD drive. It is currently installed on an internal hard drive and even though it is an i7 with 32 GB's of RAM, loading screens take up to 15 minutes. I got the USB SSD because I want to be able to move between my desktop and laptop (I'm in the Army and move around a lot). I have about 1000 extensions enabled between ESP's and ESL's so I'm sure you guys would understand how painful reinstalling would be. And if I reinstalled, there's a good chance that there would be a mod version mismatch and my character save with hundreds of hours gameplay would not be recoverable. I tried the steps in these threads, but was not successful. I'm not sure why, but when I fire up my Mod Organizer 2, there's only about 200 extensions rather than 1000ish. Items not originally enabled got enabled and items that were enabled are unchecked. I used Predcaliber's 2018 modlist which is like a basis of 700-800 mods and over the past two years I've piled on more and more, incredibly not breaking my save. I use a weather mod, his LOD's, and an ENB too https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/245394/how-do-i-transfer-my-skyrim-game-to-another-computer https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/6556391-transfer-a-modded-skyrim-to-another-computer/ I was wondering if someone would be willing to write up simplified and fool-proof instructions on how to do this? Thank you, Chance
  5. How you managed to get the game to not CTD on the Bethesda logo with that many mods is beyond me. Remember that just because you have mods in their perfect order doesn't mean that they are not going to crash your game. Do a background check on every single one of them, reading their posts. See if people are like "your mod borked my game!" and if they are, then you found your culprit. Check the mods to be 100% sure that none are conflicting with eachother. Make sure that all mods have their requirements ABOVE them in the load order. Skyrim could have also released a patch that broke a mod or two. It happens a lot. All of my files, ever, were patches to mods that once worked but needed altering to continue working after updates. EDIT: I would personally put KS Hairdos up in the very beginning, as Bijin, Yennifer, and Vivace all require it to be loaded BEFORE them.
  6. Americans won't do jack even after the cookie crumbles. We are lazy, unmotivated, selfish, and expect everything to be amazing with no effort or initiative.

    HI. :)

Hey! I'm Chance. I'm a junior in college, currently serving in the U.S. Army (MIARNG, 74D), and live in Detroit. I've been a Nexus user for the majority of the past decade, though I used a different account for the first half. The ZombieUK drama was the reason I have never gotten involved more. But I will admit, my opinions of Nexus have changed after meeting Outdated TV (ponurymazepa), Bevilex, and Wellden. Their love for Oblivion and its community are what motivated me to get involved with Nexus. I am sure that there are plenty of modders and geeks here with love for Bethesda's games. It's been a solid ten years since I've been active on a forum, but I look forward to spending time and words with my fellow geeks. I will also be away on Army obligations from July 4th until very late 2018 or early 2019. That is unless I am allowed to have my laptop. So I come here asking all of you a question to provoke deep thought. If you could truck anyone in the face with a massive snowball, who would it be? Donald Trump is not an acceptable answer.
