Dubnoman
I would like to know how to install Skyrim outside of program files. Someone told me that avoids UAC problems. I believe that when I try to install Skyrim, it doesn't give me a choice of where to install the game. Also, should I put it in a C:/Steam... location? I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. stabbykitteh
It's good advice. This is a good, simple tutorial on moving your Steam games. It's a relatively painless process. It's not a bad idea to follow their advice on backing up your SteamApps folder (or at least your saves), just in case something goes haywire. Though I had no problems doing it this way. C: /Steam would be fine. I use C:/Games/Steam - whatever works for you
