Configuration for Fallout NV with New Vegas Configator/FNV4G and NVSE

Can any of you guys suggest whats the best configuration for Fallout NV and can someone update FNVGB to work with the new NVSE. Here are my specs.

The FNV4GB alternate loader works but i tried it with the new NVSE 2b12 and it dosent work. When i was using AWOP, i couldnt acess the door. When i clicked on NVSE, i could acess the door. There was this other incicndent where i was shooting at a jackal gang member and wasnt getting ant damage. When i ran into him, i went though and i was only able to kill him using melee. Again when i just used NVSE, i didnt happen?

FNV4GB will only work with the NVSE I linked to, the others won't work.

The version I linked to is based on the latest NVSE so it won't be out of date.
