I hadn't heard of her before but was looking at a few of her mods on youtube to see what all the fuss was a bout. Now that I have seen teens in the world it seems odd that the game doesn't have any. So is there a mod that populates the world with teens? I don't mean just followers but regular npcs. Maybe even bandit teens and other enemy type teens.
