Can anyone recommend a free or inexpensive program to let you record your gaming and your speech at the same time?

I'm pretty sure you can record voice with fraps

Its only 37$ and its fast and simple. It's been a while since I've used but the file sizes come out Raw and usually pretty huge so you will have to encode any clips you to take to make it easier to work with video editing workstations.

I really can't think of anything better than fraps, there is a demo you can use but it will leave a watermark at the bottom that says fraps.com or something of that nature. I could've sworn it used to be only like 20$. Maybe I'm wrong though.
