marianomdq has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Reupload of a mod they did not create -- although the original mod was published under the GNU, that does not cover reuploading the mod to the original hosting site.

 

From our TaP, "All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content."

 

and

 

"Always provide appropriate credit to authors who have given you permission to use their content in your files both within the file description and within your file readme, even if said content was published as free to use."
