High Elf female uses imperial skin

I've been recently modding Oblivion and after using Robert's body mods and OCO, my female Altmer's skin uses the same texture as the Imperial female. What ends up happening is the Altmer ladies have yellow faces with pale bodies and ears.

 

Something similar happens with the Redguards as well but it's not that much of a problem since they are slightly darker in skin tone though I would like them to be as dark as black people.

Yup ... that's the way that Bethesda made them (both using Imperial body textures).

 

I personally use Blockhead's PerRace body overrides to use the High Elf body textures from Female Body Retextured (includes textures for both Roberts male and HGEC, as well as for vanilla if needed).
