CTD without error message when loading exterior cells or qasmoke

Hi and thanks to anyone in advance for having a look at this I'm getting pretty confused,

As the title suggest I'm CTD without no error message whenever I'm loading an exterior cells or qasmoke test cell, as I discovered lately while trying to fix this issue. I'm trying to start a new game with only a couple mods installed but still, interior cells load but exterior and qasmoke CTD.

 

Specs:

Win 7 Ultimate

I5-3450 3.10ghz

8 gb ram

GTX 970

I just started modding Skyrim SE but have a fair amount of hours into oldrim, I know pretty much all the tools and use them but right now, for this new playthrough, only those are installed:

I'm aware it might be hard to resolve but any help would be greatly appreciated, I've look it up online and I just cannot find anything that relates to my particular situation (mostly people that messed up their uGrids but I know better than to mess with that).

What is MP1.esp for? Not familiar with it.

Are you using dark fantasy overhaul from the modpiracy reddit or did you convert it to form 44 and optimize all NIFs/texture files on your own?

MP1 was just the name of Merged Patch, and for the DFO I did not convert it but I must admit that I don't really recall where I downloaded it, if it's a pirated version I honestly didn't know but will delete it, the only one I converted myself was the Dual Combo Hotkeys and it seems to works fine.

 

Anyway uninstall and reinstall seems to have fix it, I'm still testing but it's looking alright.
