isaaclui
So, a little disclaimer first: I'm pretty new to modding so please forgive any stupid mistakes. Alright, so recently I decided to try downloading the Bijin mods for my game (basically all of them) and also the Bijin AIO mod. I followed the instructions where I downloaded all the other Bijin mods first, then the AIO, then disabling all of them except the AIO. I ended up with a floating mouth and a purple torso for Adrianne Avenicci. I'll link a screenshot of MO2 and my load order. Any help would be very much appreciated!! WastelandAssassin
you aren't supposed to disable the modsyou are supposed to disable the pluginsI'm pretty sure that is the cause of the issue
isaaclui
Nope that didn't work. Should the AIO esp be loaded before or after the other Bijin esps? (Referring to both the left hand and right hand window) Also, loading all the esps without AIO resulted in the same issue. WastelandAssassin
you didn't read the installation instructions properly , have you?you should load all of the mods , but only the AIO plugin (the other plugins should be deactivated , while the mods should still be active)and since you don't seem to understand the terminology , let me try and clear this upmods are what you see in the left part of the screen , while plugins (.esm or .esp files) are what you see in the right side of the screen (and that entire list is your load order)so you need to make sure that the mods are active , while you only use the AIO plugin Edited May 28, 2018 by WastelandAssassin
BlueGunk
I'm a long term user of Bijin. I see you are using Mod Organizer (a wise move!). Install the various Bijin plugins from NPCs right through to Valerica and Serana as you have done so, and activate them all in the left panel. You'll see the esps in the right panel.Install the correct AIO mod - there are actually two, and you need this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1825 Activate that mod, too. Now sort them by LOOT and sort your left pane to match your right pane. The AIO esp should be last on the Bijin list. In each of the Bijin Mods, open each mod in the left pane and in the information box for each Bijin Mod, open the "Optional ESPs" tab and move the esp into the top box, effectively removing it from the MO right panel. Leave the AIO esp. That is your all-in-one ESP so you need it. Now you should be ready to roll, all your Bijin mods are ticked active in the left panel, but the ESPs are 'hidden' by MO2 leaving the AIO as the only one in the right panel. None of the other Bijin esps should show in your right panel. This ensures the AIO esp can call on all the meshes and textures in the preceding Bijin installed mods. Hope that works for you! Happy to help further any time.

Hi I tried on freshly installed Skyrim SE 1.5.39.0.8, and follow your instructions too, but all I can see its just loading the non loose files of mods.since bijin use loose files, it does not load up in the game. BlueGunk
Hi I can't tell from your MO left pane layout if you are doing the same as I am doing because your 'Content' column is not active. This is how I am doing it (sorry - I am useless at presenting images inside these pages!!!): https://ibb.co/ghwNdJhttps://ibb.co/c7RzQy In the example I'm using the 'Optional ESP' tab to 'hide' the esp of the Bijin NPC mod, which allows all the other parts like meshes and textures to be available to the AIO esp. So the Bijin NPC ESP does not show at all in the MO right pane. And you can see I am still loading the Meshes and Textures of the three sub-mods. Hope this helps, and apologies if you are already doing this.

Hello,Thanks for the quick reply, appreciate it  I tried what you said for all NPC/Warmaidens/Wives, move their ESP to optional part of MO. and then load it, but still no go. BlueGunk
You still get a half-missing Adrienne Avenicci? Looking at your last image, you appear to be doing it correctly.I wonder if some of the other mods are wrecking your Bijin, although that's odd because Bijin is last in your load order. Fresh faces; Metal Sabers, etc.(The only other thing is if you have saved the game with the problem in place - that might have been burnt into the save). Perhaps try a new profile and start with Bijin, check it works, then introduce the other mods one by one and see which one destroys Bijin. If you don't want to wade through the Helgen start, use Arthmoor's Alternate Start instead. It works fine and saves a dreadful headache. You can nip over to Whiterun using TMM 1 in the console to enable all map markers, so fast travel is available to anywhere. Hello,Thanks for suggestions, I tried on clean Save (no mods at all)I just try Bijin without any other mods to check, specifically Bijin NPC since it has Rikke which we encounter 1st in the opening scene, with Clean save, she never change.after that I install other mods to check, they're working. I checked other mods are not interfering with bijin, Freshfaces are overwritten by Bijin, but no matter, I already tried without any Mods but no luck :(I also tried bijin with NMM and manually install too but no gain.is it something to do with Skyrim new version? 1.5.39.0.
