So, Who do I talk to about changing my name?

Long ago I received Fallout 3 on steam from a friend and began my love affair with the Nexus modding sites. The thing is, I never really intended to be anything more than a looky-lou or lurker in the beginning so I created a username that I was using all over at the time that wouldn't be too hard to remember if I was away from the site for a long time. However, now I have grown to rely on this fantastic web of creativity for any and all modding info and I am looking to becoming more active in other areas of the sites so I simply must have a better name. I understand if it's a)not possible or b) if "shut up you weirdo and deal with your crappy name!" is the response I get, I just figure there is no harm in asking. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what site policy is on name changing... but, PM a moderator, or Admin, and put in a request. Worse that can happen is, they say "No".

You have to be on the nexus for quite awhile, and try to pm one of the mods reaaallyy ncely. Its very rare that a mod would change a username,,,

You have a 25% chance of them saying yes..

 

But ya never know what mood they are in :teehee:
