I don't think switching to MO2 will fix the issues with your game (although I highly recommend using it , it's far more usable in my opinion)

and I didn't respond because I have nothing to add

I've never really used FallrimTools , so I can't comment on what you are showing

and I'm not really sure cleaning the master files should cause these issues..... have you followed a guide on how to properly clean them? because you may have done something wrong.... as far as I know , cleaning these plugins is something we all should do

I really don't have any suggestion beyond what I've already said

I mean , you could try to reinstall the game , install your mods via MO2 , and work with someone's mod list and expand it from there , but I don't know how willing you would be to do that

I'll switch to MO2.

NMM is frustrating. Of course it will not fix my issues but it will be a better tool in order to fix these problems.

The problem with installing mods is. You can play for several hours and then the game shows you that you f*#@ed something up.

I'll do what you've said. And I will clean this plugins again. (Yes I followed these guides)

Thank you.

After I switched to the MO2 I decided to manually check the plugins and their dependencies etc.

I also have not installed some patches for a few mods.

For example the Relationship Dialogue Overhaul had no patches installed for Cutting Room Floor and USSEP.

And as far as I tested it I have to say that it works. No CTD at High Hrothgar anymore.

it's good practice to check about patches , as some mods will conflict even if they don't sound like they would

so going through the description , the files and the requirements tab are all recommended when checking mods you are planning to use

but at least the game works fine for you , and I'm glad that's the case

take this as a part of the learning experience of modding , and trust me that it could be far far worse , so learn and improve as you go along :)

I again thank you for your answers. Yes, in modding especially in Skyrim you have a learning curve.

I played the game for 3 hours and then I had a CTD. Maybe the Memory was full. Don't know what could cause this except script bugs or so.

But I feel good with this result. It is acceptable that the game crashes after 3 hours. I pretty think that this is nearly normal with 150+ Mods

It is still better than before :D

I also noticed during my "investigation" that the Mod No Snow under the roof has some dirty edits. Can I clean it?

Here's the papyrus crash log

I am right that SkyBirds caused this CTD?

aside from the master files (the update and 3 DLC esms) , the question of cleaning plugins is on a case to case basis

so the best suggestion I can give in such a case is to look through the mod . read the description , search through the comments , and see if someone mentions cleaning the plugin

if not , you could also ask the author (either through a comment or directly via PM)

the reason is that some mods could be cleaned with no issues , while other mod get broken if cleaned

so you need to verify it's safe to clean before doing so

Sry that I "revive" this thread.

Currently at level 23 (I have solved the 3 hour crash by looking for several possible fixes -> Load order adjustments and removing of mods)

I have the following problem with Moonlight Tales, that the warning sound for the transformation is slow and not consistent then the text is visible in the top left corner but only some seconds later the transformation happens. Some seconds after that I have a CTD regardless of transforming back to human form or not.

Could this be a problem with the animation system?

I have not changed much. I only installed a texture mod and Engine Fixes

Is it normal that LOOT uses the wrong order for ELFX - NoBreezehome.esp, Eli_Breezehome.esp?

I manually corrected it so I don't have floating candles

on LOOT , you need to understand that it's not perfect , and does make mistakes

it is suggested to use LOOT as a guideline on how to organize your mods , but always keep in mind what mod authors say as a rule

so you can expect some incorrect plugin orders with LOOT , and you'll need to manually look through and correct them

as for your issue with Moonlight Tales , I can't really offer any help as I've never used that mod

in fact , I've never played as a Vampire or a Werewolf , so I don't really know much about these

if you believe your issues are related to this mod , check the mod's page (specifically the description , the posts and the bug reports) to see if there is any mention of a similar issue (if so , there should also be a suggested fix . if not , you could report the issue and maybe someone will be able to assist you)

and don't worry about reviving this thread

it's only been a couple of days , and it is your thread , so there is nothing wrong with what you've done

hope you manage to solve your issues and enjoy the game :)

Thank you for your kind answer
I tried to disable several mods and it seems to be the Skyrim Project Optimization - Full Version.esm which caused this.

This conflicted with several other mods as it seems.

There was nothing mentioned in the post section from both mods. Moonlight Tales had no update since 2016 but it worked for me before.

I also viewed all the conflicts with SSEEdit. Of course there were several mods conflicting eachother but it does not seem to be game breaking.

I removed it and went back to the save where the game should crash during "full moon" transformation and I had no CTD.

If I would still have problems I would rearrange the plugin loading list.

I also removed notice board.esp because I don't really need it and theres no support anymore.

I also removed the RWT LOD Fix because it is now included in Realistic Waters Two.
