Microwave Emitter

Maybe I am a failure at searching, but I would love a Microwave Emitter in New Vegas

Like the one from Fallout 3: Point Lookout

 

Anyone know if it's possible?

Or if there's a link to the mod?

Fallout 3 Weapons Restoration adds the Microwave Emitter along with many other FO3 weapons that were included but unused in the NV files.
