Rooker75
I'm about to start a 2nd playthrough. Is there a way to manipulate the ending so that Nilfgaard loses the war? I did the quest with Djikstra and Roche to kill Radovid and thought that would do it, but then idiot Djikstra turned on Roche and I couldn't just stand there. Do I have to let him kill Roche to get a Nilfgaard-losing end? Do I need to refuse this quest? Or does Nilfgaard just always win no matter what? olnorton
Yes, you have to leave him to kill Roche and take full control of the north, to defeat Nilfgaard.

I only took it in the first place because I wanted to get rid of Radovid. Or is doing that quest necessary for a Nilfgaard defeat?

Rooker75
Ugh. All of these suck. Napoleon on one side and Hitler on the other. Or watch one (sorta) friend betray and murder another (sorta) friend so it turns out okay. Too bad you can't knock off Radovid and Emyr both. Well, thanks for the info. Not sure which of these I want to do.
