Using the new F4SE, all mods that do not require it do not work.

Hi.

I'm new to modding and I'm sure I'm going to get backlash, but this is frustrating as all hell.

So I saw Fallout 4 updated in May, 2018, and that I would need a new F4SE and other mods to accompany it. So I downloaded the updated version of some mods and the new F4SE, and now everything broke. Only a few mods seem to load in, and they are only the ones that require F4SE, but even then they are broken. I have a lengthy mod list of 260 and I just got the handle of how to manage them and get them all to work together without any hassle, now whenever I start FO4 through the SE loader, none of them work, my character comes in bald and untextured among other things. There's a lot.

-No hair, untextured

-Eyes missing

-Lots of gear missing

-Some building stuff missing from certain patches, other stuff is fine?

-weapons gone, armor gone, some remain.

I don't know why 80% of the patches decided not to work anymore, while the rest did (without updating them).

Looking for any and all help, this is a headache. I don't know how to copy and paste my plugin list, mod list, whatever. Just seems like NMM isn't loading in any of the mods anymore, and Loot isn't really reorganizing things to work anymore.

This might be the same problem I'm having. I recently updated F4SE and now when I try to load up a save I get a message telling me that whole bunch of my mods are "no longer present," even though they're properly installed and running via my mod manager (Mod Organizer 2 for me). Everything was working just fine the last time I played-- a few months ago-- and the only changes have been the updates to FO4 and F4SE.

 

I've never really tracked what mods use and don't use F4SE, but some of my no-longer-working mods include:
-Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
-Armor Keywords (AWKCR)
-Natural and Atmospheric Commonwealth (NAC)

-Valdacil's Item Sorting

Been searching google, nexus, steam, and reddit all weekend and I haven't found any fixes yet.

I've been having the same problem, except it happened before I installed F4SE, I recently re-downloaded Fallout 4, and some of my mods, and downloaded one that needed F4SE, so I installed it, but before that none of the textures from my mods would show up in game (except for Bethesda.net ones), I'm still having the same problem after installing F4SE

Yeah, I've been futzing around with this still with no fix. This is rather upsetting, but I guess a known risk when modding.
