Very poor speed with premium servers

Hey guys. I just purchased premium today. I was hoping to see a speed boost, sadly this is what I see:

 

 

I currently reside in the South East Asia region. I am getting very slow (45-50kb/s) download with even all of them preferred. I am using MO 2 ( I prefer it over NMM, it's simply better for me). Is it a known issue? Is there something I can do? Or are the servers going through a rough patch?

I don't know what is going on today, it's usually not so bad (good enough I haven't ever clocked it). Today though, it's quite spotty, some files are taking forever (in gamer time :)) to download.

Fortunately, I found a solution with the help of Nexus Discord and MO2 Discord.

 

First, hit Clear Cache in MO2 Settings > Nexus. Then, only choose the premium servers by dragging them to the right side.

Then save, close.

Restart computer.

 

Try again.

 

This worked for me.

But, the download speed is not as constant as I had hoped. there is still a regular downwards spike in the speedometer, par se.

Downloads are incredibly slow for me too, North American premium servers.
