Bevilex's Modded Crash When entering Imperial city/ Fast travel BEX

So yesterday I modded my Oblivion following Bevilex's guide. I managed to play oblivion for 3 hours perfectly, I entered dungeons and the imperial city with no crashes I saved and exit in the imperial city arena district. The game ran perfectly no bugs. Previously though, I had constant BEX crashes and I fixed this by adding oblivion to the DEP list.

Today I Played oblivion and the first thing that happened when opening any doors to/in the imperial city I would instantly crash. The crash wouldn't even prompt the loading screen just an instant ctd. Any door in the imperial city, the prison, the market district, the university doors would crash me. I would also crash when fast traveling to any location / exiting to main menu or reloading a previous save while in game.

The really weird problem is that I COCed into an imperial city store, I attack the merchant and the imperial guard came in to arrest me, he took me to jail which teleported me inside the prison courtyard! The first thing I did was try and enter the Imperial prison through the door but instant crash. It boggles my mind that entering through Imperial city doors crashes me yet I can coc or teleport to the city with out any crashes.

I don't think this a mod related problem because previously it worked fine. Also it couldn't be a corrupted save because I started a new game and I would also crash when entering the Imperial city and fast traveling.

This problem is so frustrating as it was just working fine yesterday. And I really wanted to play oblivion with this AMAZING modlist. I've spent 10 hours today reading through old forums, etc, testing differnt mods, editing ini files, etc. I'm so bummed out as I previously spent over 15 hours modding with bevilexs guide to get an amazing oblivion but im plague with this crash.

The crash I get is:

Please no bumping on the Nexus forums. It will only get the topic locked on repeated use.

Additionally you only got your topic from page 1 place 2 to page 1 place 1, so it wasn't even of any use to bump it at that point. (Unless you count attracting a moderator's attention as useful here.)

I've still got no clue whatsoever what could be going wrong here. It's the first I hear of a problem like this, and neither the event name BEX nor the fault module name are in any way known to me. So I'm afraid this will take others to chime in who maybe know more.

For what it's worth I'm experiencing something similar with a mixture of Bevilex' list and Angkor's list, that is crashing on anything that advances time too far on my current savegame. COC'ing anywhere of course won't crash, as it takes 0 time warping somewhere else by that means, unlike fast traveling or loading doors. But my crash details aren't remotely close to these, and I just shrugged it off with it being caused by the severe overload of 500+ plugins/mods I'm currently running as well. Our problems could be related, but nobody on Bevilex's comments ever reported something like it, as far as I went back. Loading a savegame from months earlier I didn't crash so far, so it can't be only related to the active mods.

These are all indications of DEP problems.

Is there any chance a Windows Update removed Oblivion from your exception list?

I don't know if this ever happens, but it might be worth a look.

Okay so i reinstalled oblivion clean, then tried it again with some mods and bam BEX crash still happens when loading throught the door.

I've completely disable DEP via CMD command as well but I seem to still get this error.

Oh well I give up on oblivion I think I will try remodding it when i get a new computer down the road.
